HEALTH IS THE GREATEST ASSET WE HAVE

When operating an aircraft, the health of the pilot is extremely important. As such, prior to you starting your studies it makes sense to visit an aviation medicine centre – where after a check-up lasting a couple of hours it will be clear whether your health permits you to get involved in flying. Health certificates of pilots are divided into two classes: all professional pilots and IFR qualified private pilots must comply with the requirements of Class 1; while VFR qualified private pilots (powered aircraft, helicopters and gliders) must comply with the requirements of Class 2.
